Nobu, a world-renowned Japanese chef, is the executive chef of Newsroom coming soon in Philadelphia, specializing in Japanese-Latin fusion cuisine. With a distinguished career spanning continents, Nobu has brought his expertise around the world.
Previously, Nobu served nearly two decades as the Executive Sushi Chef at Koi, overseeing locations in Los Angeles,, New York, Abu Dhabi, and St. Kitts.
Nobu's international experience includes stints at Shaab in Los Angeles, Nanban-Tei in Herzliya, Israel, Suntory Restaurant in Milan, London, and Kisoji in Tokyo. Nobu's dedication and global expertise continue to shape the culinary world.
